Every guide is checked by a person
Qualifications, references and certifications are read by our team before a naturalist profile is ever visible. Listings get the same treatment — a reviewer reads each one before it goes live.

You book the guide, not a call centre
Requests go straight to the naturalist who wrote the itinerary. They confirm or decline it themselves, and they are the person standing next to you on the day.

Reviews come only from people who went
A review can only be written against a completed booking. There is no way to buy one, and the guide gets exactly one public reply.
