What we collect

Account details you give us (name, date of birth, contact details, nationality), the content you publish (profiles, excursions, reviews) and records of your bookings.

Guests may optionally record medical conditions and allergies. We share this only with the naturalist leading a confirmed excursion, so they can prepare.

How we use it

To run the platform: matching guests with excursions, processing booking requests, sending notifications, and reviewing naturalist applications.

We send marketing email only if you opt in, and you can turn it off from your profile at any time.

Who sees it

Naturalists see the details of guests who book with them. Guests see the public profile of naturalists. Our administrators can see account records in order to review applications and handle support.

Your choices

You can edit or correct your details from your profile page, and request account deletion by contacting support.
